My work is rooted in deep respect and connection to the Shipibo-Conibo lineage of the Peruvian Amazon - a people who have carried and protected the sacred plant medicine traditions for countless generations.
Plant Dietas
A plant dieta is a deep connection and relationship with the spirit of a plant or tree. Similar to how people have angel or animal spirit guides, I have plant and tree spirit guides. In the tradition that I apprentice in, the Shipibo lineage which is centred in the Peruvian rainforest, an apprentice is called to do a “dieta” with a particular master plant or tree. This dieta consists of long periods of filling ourselves up with the energy of the master plant. This is done in strict isolation and with dry and water fasting, no contact to the outside world, even our loved ones, for the period of the dieta. We empty and weaken our bodies to make space for this spirit to connect with our soul, activating deep healing. This is done in the jungle. The spirit of the master plant or tree enters our body in a marriage of sorts and cleans out and brings to the surface things we need to face and heal and in turn guides us in life and wants us to bring the healing to those who come to heal with us. Integrating these energies in daily life is 70 percent of the work, and lots of trust and grace is required. It is a life-long commitment and an intense and fulfilling path to walk.
Clients I work with do not have to consume any medicine, the dieta energy channels through me powerfully in treatment sessions, through my touch, voice and energy.

Nicco and I
I work closely with my partner Nicco for all shamanic ceremony. He holds plant dieta’s also in the Shipibo lineage. He is a safe and sensitive energy worker, musician, and father; channelling the most beautiful and powerful healings. Currently he offers a mens group and pipe making workshops.
